The Carbine Club of NSW believes the matter of privacy of your direct debit records and client information is a top priority and the Club is fully committed to ensuring that data collection is handled with complete and proper respect for the privacy of its members.
Various security procedures have been created to protect the direct debit, online billing and member information we may collect from you, how this data may be used, with whom we may share this data and for what purposes has it been collected.
Personal and billing information is collected and collated from members for the purpose of providing fast and efficient direct debit and online payment solutions. This information includes name, address, email contact details, telephone (home and mobile), your organisation’s name and your position within that organisation.
The Carbine Club of NSW undertakes that the information assembled will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required to by law or as permitted by the Privacy Act of 1988. Further The Carbine Club of NSW undertakes not to sell or otherwise disseminate personal details collected.
Every effort is made to protect personal information provided to us via the Carbine Club of NSW website. All information gathered that may no longer be required will be destroyed in compliance with the appropriate laws.
Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend an Event, you must contact the Club by no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event. A cancellation fee may apply. Should you cancel less than 14day prior to the commencement of the Event, a refund may not be payable.
The Carbine Club will refund any fees paid to the Club as a result of amending your registration and/or associated requirements, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy, within 7 business days of receiving a refund request.
Delivery of event booking confirmation and invoice will be delivered immediately to your specified email after booking payment is made and confirmed through our booking system. If you have not received a confirmation invoice email 10 minutes after payment was made, please check your junk folder in your email program. If you still have not received confirmation, please contact us here to let us know.
Delivery of the event shall be as determined by the event scheduled list on our website. In the event of any planned or unplanned changes to the scheduling of any event, the Carbine Club of NSW will give all ticket holders notification of these changes as soon as they are confirmed.
